So here it goes, how about we talk Batman?

So well here it goes... Batman and Superman are real universal superheroes, as in; it is hard to find a person who has not heard of either of them. When comes down to who I would have to pick; Batman is always at the top of my list. I can give a long list of reasons, but that would be counterproductive, so
I'll just simplify it some.

The first and most important reason, is that it was Batman that really got me interested in comics. Batman was not the first comic I had ever read, like most children I started with Archie Comics, and then X-men. It was Batman who made me a real fan. I will admit however I was late to jump on the
comic bandwagon. I watched the Dark Knight and well that film made me want to delve deeper into
the Batman universe.

That movie is still one of my all time favorite films, well Heath Ledger sort of just did it for me. I hadn't even heard of the guy before I saw the film, so I was not one of the people who watched it; expecting to hate the character. I can almost say I'm just as much of a Joker fan as I am of Batman.

For other reasons I enjoy Jack Nicholson as the Joker. It's as entertaining, but for an entirely different reasons. He is just downright funny.

Like who else would say: "Never rub another man's Rhubarb"?


Another reason that I choose Batman is because  of his vulnerability.  He does not have powers of any kind, yet he is
able to defeat villains that realistically he would have no chance in killing. For all the same reasons I like "Bats", I have a dislike and respect for Superman. He is just too over powered.

Batman is able to think his way out of any situation, instead of relying on some ridiculous superpower, I mean hell aren't some of the superpowers incredibly stupid. Based on a strategic fight, Batman would have no trouble defeating Superman. So tell me again why Batman is better?

Another reason I prefer Batman is his villains. Among the favourites are:

• Red Hood (Jason Todd)
• Hugo Strange
• Joel Schumacher
